Teeth whitening with strawberries!
If you research the internet you may be surprised at the number of home remedies for teeth whitening. You’ve probably heard about these teeth whitening methods long time ago, either on TV or even from your own mother. And most of the times, the secret associated with these methods is some kind of fruit! That’s because these fruits contain acids that oxidize the yellow stains from your teeth.
One of those famous fruits is strawberry. A lot of people say that strawberry is the best natural teeth whitener of all. The method is not complex at all: just rub a few strawberries against your teeth and the results are immediate.
Some people also like to mix the strawberry acid with other substances in order to improve the effects. Some of these substances are regular toothpastes and baking soda. Baking soda also works well as teeth whitening agent. If you can’t find any strawberries you can also try orange peel. Once again, all you have to do is rub the orange peel against your teeth.
Another good working method is water mixed with rock salt. Try gargling this mixture for a few weeks and you will see goods results, but not as immediate as fruit acids. By the way, do not use lemon peel or juice. It will damage your teeth enamel.
